B—Line is a company specialised in designer furnishings which, ever since its beginnings, has manufactured contemporary products along with evergreen icons from the past, such as Joe Colombo’s famous Boby storage trolley. Solid, transversal and flexible designs, the result of collaborations with international designers and of an exclusively Italian production.
B—Line is a company, brainchild of its founder, Giorgio Bordin, that restores life to several historical icons of design on the Italian scenario. These are works that have disappeared over the years, made obsolete by the unrelenting ferment of a market that is brimming with innovation. Of the products re-edited, some have made history “contaminating” many facets of art and design, such as Joe Colombo’s famous Boby.
From the very beginning, side by side with its re-editions, B—Line places contemporary furnishing accessories, resulting from collaborations with international designers. Tangible, factual and transversal projects that have the responsibility and honour to co-exist with the great cornerstones of design and to encourage, in terms of style and character, a smooth switch from home environments to working spaces and from outdoors to indoors, areas that are increasingly hybrid and mercurial, as demanded by contemporary lifestyles.

The contemporary flair of a 5 Star Luxury Hotel immersed in the Santorini landscape, amidst the colours and history of a Greek island ever shrouded in the mystery of Atlantis.
We are at Noūs Santorini, the brand new resort overhanging the Aegean sea, where time expands itself to indulge in the perceptions evoked by the senses and by nature, immersed in a dimension that combines the authenticity of the place with the comfort of a measuredly original and soothing design.

Yes! Hotels (www.yeshotels.gr), the group to which the resort belongs, chose the B—Line contract furniture for some of the areas of this prestigious Hellenic complex.
The bright lobby fitted out as a lounge area designed by the Athens studio of Divercity Architects and by MplusM, overlooks the swimming pool and is in fact furnished with the MERANO sofa and armchairs by Raffaella Mangiarotti and Ilkka Suppanen combined with a series of square poufs from Joe Colombo’s CROSSED collection, upholstered in two pastel shades.

The soft, essential geometries of the FONDA table by Maddalena Casadei were chosen for the poolside dining area, owing to their being particularly versatile and suitable, in terms of shape and materials, for outdoor recreational environments.

Serving as bedside tables next to the squared off, boxy beds in the rooms decorated in natural colours, are the ABRA low tables by designers Neuland Paster & Geldmacher. The overall minimalism and the contrast of natural wood and anthracite grey painted steel create a setting exuding undisputed personality.

With this project, B—Line’s production once again bears witness to the concept of aesthetics-functionality that distinguishes it, this time applied to exclusive contract environments, where design is also part of the exploratory and sensory experience of travel.
